Ready to enroll in a course or degree program?

Admission: Apply for admission by filling out the application and submitting the $40 application fee. Remember, if you are planning to apply for financial aid, it is necessary to have admissions complete before any financial aid is applied to your account.

Immunization Information & Form: Part of the admissions process is to submit a completed immunization form with doctor’s signature to the Ellsworth Center or file a waiver form.

Placement Test: This test involves a computerized exam which takes approximately 2 hours to complete. A student is tested on Math, Reading, and Writing skills. This must be taken as a part of the admissions part in order to place you into the appropriate level of courses.

Advising: During the admissions process, it is a good idea to set up an appointment to meet with an advisor, who will help you set your goals and choose the most efficient way to acquire these goals.  Advising is available at any point in your academic career when you feel you need help or guidance in meeting these goals.
