Tracy strives to promote learning opportunities for all who may be a part of the center by utilizing a blend of a “personalized” and “concierge” support models.  She works with area high schools and the technical school to provide post-secondary opportunities and guidance.  Additionally, Tracy maintains strong community outreach and develops partnerships with organizations and businesses in the Greater Houlton area, all in an effort to ensure a strong connection with the community.


Jean HendersonJean Henderson

Student Services Coordinator

Jean  loves helping individuals realize their potential. She assists current and prospective students with a wide array of needs, including: admissions, degree options, transfer planning; financial aid; disability services; early study for high school students; placement testing; tutoring; career counseling; crisis intervention referrals; student leadership development; and successful academic skills. She works to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and  provides students with a sense of community.  Her philosophy is best quoted by Steve Jobs “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. Linda works at the front desk where she helps students and visitors navigate through their daily routine. She enjoys working with all university students, as well as HHEC partners and their students.

Media Services Technician

Michelle works at the front desk in the evenings.  Additionally, she assists faculty and students with their media needs.
