This request form is a service for distance education students, staff, and faculty only. You must be taking a course through the University of Maine System to apply for a library card.
Your library card will be mailed to your home address or give us a good email address and we will email you card number to you. Library cards are activated immediately and will enable you to access resources quickly.
If you have not received your card within five days, please contact our office.
