Ready to enroll in a course or degree program?
Admission: Apply for admission by filling out the application and submitting your $40 application fee. Remember, if you are planning to apply for financial aid, it is necessary to be admitted to a degree program before financial aid money can be awarded to you.
Immunization Information & Form: Part of the admissions process is to submit a completed immunization form with doctor’s signature, or file a waiver form, with your home campus. UMA degree students, see: Immunization Waiver
Placement Tests: A student who has not yet completed college-level math or English classes may need to take tests in Math, Reading, and/or Writing skills. These tests are un-timed, taken on a computer, may be required as a part of admission to the University. Tests are used to place you into the appropriate level of college English and math courses.
Advising: During the admissions process, it is a good idea to set up an appointment to meet with an advisor, who will help you set your goals and choose the most efficient way to acquire these goals. Advising is available at any point in your academic career when you feel you need help or guidance in meeting these goals.
