Heidi graduated from USM in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She joined the University College Learning Services (UCLS) team as a frontline support staff member shortly after and has enjoyed several positions within the department (through its many name changes) since. She now serves as Assistant to the Associate Provost of UC and manages UCLS which provides primarily logistical support to distance education faculty, staff and students. Heidi has an appreciation for collaboration and is fortunate to serve on several statewide groups including the UC Faculty Institute Planning Committee, UC eLearning Faculty Technology Grant Committee, UMS IT Accessibility Committee and UMA eLearning Committee; she also manages the Osher New Beginnings Scholarship Program.
Fun fact: When she’s not at the office, Heidi can be found enjoying the shenanigans of her two children or doing homework; she is a part-time student in USM’s Master of Adult and Higher Education program.
